Go Wild - Become a Nature Journalist! Family Session

Families: kids ages 4 and up and their caretakers
$50 (fee includes a hard-cover nature journal and art supply bag)
Exploring the art and science of nature can make us feel inspired, curious, and creative and even relaxed! During this program, participants will experience this first hand when they receive their own nature journal and art supply toolkit to begin discovering the wonders of nature. The workshop will include outdoor activities along with science and art instruction to help students to focus and become present in order to locate, observe, and record features of our outdoor world. Start your summer with this great new activity - the aim of this program is to cultivate an open-ended journaling adventure to last a lifetime.
Cost: $50 (each participant will receive a hard-cover nature journal and art supply bag.)

Location: 20 East Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475 (right next to theTurkey Hill gas station).
Parents may park in the lot between the Spring City Mill Studio and the Turkey Hill. Jolie will meet class participants at the studio 100 front door located directly on Bridge Street at Spring City Mill Studios.
What to Bring: A short portion of each day may be spent making discoveries outside on the Schuylkill River Trail and/or nearby Riverfront Park in Royersford – even if it’s drizzling. Participants should come ready for adventure and art with outdoor clothes and close-toed shoes.
